In the cozy salon atmosphere of the Bristol Lounge, chef Stephan Zuber presents the classics of traditional Viennese cuisine reinterpreted, with a focus on regionality & seasonality. In addition to the typical Viennese delicacies, guests in the elegant Art Deco style of the Bristol Lounge also enjoy exquisite international dishes, rounded off with highlights of vegan cuisine. In the historic Bristol Lounge, opposite the Vienna State Opera, many an (opera) star has already spent the evening with fine cuisine and an open fireplace.

Salon Opéra

We are delighted to be able to present to you once again in the new 23/24 season the unique collaboration between two renowned Viennese institutions - the Hotel Bristol and the Friends of the Vienna State Opera - as part of the Salon Opéra.

During a classical Afternoon Tea, stars of the respective current premiere (directors, conductors, singers) provide insights into the current production in conversation with Dr. Thomas Dänemark, Secretary General of the Friends of the Vienna State Opera, and impart interesting facts about the work and the performance.
